Anthony Gleich has been in the lighting industry since 1986, working on everything from residential and commercial projects to stage and studio setups, lamps, and consulting as a salesman, business owner, distributor, and factory representative. As Vice President of Native American Lighting Corporation, he managed relationships with 450 accounts in 48 states—mainly in Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada—as well as in 4 countries. He sold and coordinated a project supplying lighting fixtures for a multi-million-dollar casino resort and secured national franchise supply contracts.
With forty years of business experience, Anthony has owned, incorporated, managed, and consulted for many types of businesses. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, a two-year Kino Institute of Theological Studies and Pastoral Ministry Formation “Prepare the Way” Certificate, and has been active in ministry since 1997. His certifications include Essentials of Nonprofit Strategy from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, U.S. Small Business Administration’s “Your Small Business Resource,” Cognitive Behavioral Practitioner from Udemy University, Roles and Duties of Gaming Commissioner, Proper Procedures of Gaming Hearings, Youth Minister by the Diocese of Phoenix, Catechist, Three Feathers Head Start Governance Training, FOCCUS Facilitator for pre-marriage and marriage preparation, and Marriage Counselor through Prepare and Enrich. Married for thirty-six years with two children, he has served as an officer for American Indian Head Start, the Department of Education, and as Gaming Commissioner for the Ohkay Owingeh Tribe for five years, as well as a resource teacher and basketball coach at the Ohkay Owingeh Community School.
Anthony also ran for County Commissioner of Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, in 2002, and for the Espanola School District Board in 2003. He has substitute taught special education for Espanola Schools and was selected for the committe.
Barb Scott has Thirty-nine years of experience in Accounting, Systems, Audit, Procurement, and Finance, most of which was in a Managerial or lead role. Responsibilities included full project management responsibilities of major system implementations – Material Requirements Planning, Procurement, Accounting General Ledger and Source System Interfaces, Payroll, Labor Accounting, and Estimate at Completes. Management duties included performance management, mentoring of employees and rotation personnel, process improvement, and compliance. I held the leadership position for the Boeing Defense Systems Material Accounting and Finance User Teams which were comprised of functional representatives from multiple sites (Mesa, Philadelphia, Southern California, Puget Sound, St. Louis, and Huntsville). Responsibilities also included business case generation to support initiatives, lean manufacturing, and accounting changes. She holds an MBA and master's in theology.
