Responsibilities included full project management responsibilities of major system implementations – Material Requirements Planning, Procurement, Accounting General Ledger and Source System Interfaces, Payroll, Labor Accounting, and Estimate at Completes. Management duties included performance management, mentoring of employees and rotation personnel, process improvement, and compliance. I held the leadership position for the Boeing Defense Systems Material Accounting and Finance User Teams which were comprised of functional representatives from multiple sites (Mesa, Philadelphia, Southern California, Puget Sound, St. Louis, and Huntsville). Responsibilities also included business case generation to support initiatives, lean manufacturing, and accounting changes. She holds an MBA and master's in theology.
